Just thought you would like to know she walked into her new kitchen yesterday after being away for 2 weeks, so she wasn't there when Dean finished the job and she said she was "blown away". She said to pass on to you that she is absolutely thrilled with the design (the fern) and the colour - and the whole job.

Grant and I would like to thank you for the amazing glass splash back. It came out so much better than we even expected. Everyone who comes to the house is in awe. We have lost our sea views until we do the next building phase of our home, so it is great to still see the sea. We build custom boats and are going to be showing your website to our customers.

Here is a photo of our completed shower. Lindsay and I are really thrilled with it. My apologies for taking so long to contact you concerning the installation of your product in our home. I find it necessary to comment on the professional service which we had received prior/during installation. Dean may have left with the impression that we were not pleased with the result of the Chinese character. The light of the day does not do it justice, although it comes to life in the evening and in artificial light. It's great and I think my sister will be insisting on having one as well in the near future.

My Comments:
• Dean is a superb representative of and for your company and his workmanship reflects experience and precision
• Trish is very welcoming and efficient and made me feel as though my requests were important. She is just lovely to deal with
• Donna is prompt at making decisions and made me feel that everything was based upon what best suited me was her aim
Last but not least, you are all of the above, and no doubt so very proud of your staff and their ethical manner towards past, present, and future clients. I cannot express enough how thrilled we are to have dealt with Whakatane Glass, and to have full trust in what we had hoped to achieve in our home.

Peter from Titoki Healing Centre in here who asked me to pass on to the Manager that he thinks our company is fantastic. The reason he went ahead with us, was due to Walts first visit to quote there.
